Rise of the force:

We all have a set of defined habitual thinking. At times when these thought patters are challenged in any condition/situation i.e. When someone shatters our habitual thinking process, the feeling that emerges is anger. The severity of the emotion depends upon the amount of erupting of the habitual thought process of any individual. The core heart of this emotion is the ego, which always has an active role in any condition. It infuses life to any negative feeling or emotion. It supplies meal to the habitual thinking at the time of a conflict. It orders! Says ” this does not align to your strict rules, it’s a false, REVOLT”. And we are bound by the action of the ego….
Root cause

The melting point:
There are easy ways to dissolve the old conditioning. We can welcome the new, clear and better understanding. All we need to do is be aware of the present moment. Be conscious of our actions. Keep a thorough check of our physical habits. Eg way we stand in a an elevator, the way we open a door, be aware of entering our house or office, know that we are driving and the list is endless.
To our surprise we will realise we always follow exactly same physical actions. The movement of hands and foot or shoulder movements or feeling are the same every time we perform an action. There is never a fraction of change. This has created habitual patterns, there is a need to break them and go beyond. Emotions will first resist us, ego will be shattered, it won’t allow us to do. Emotions will rise to extreme and fall. With diligent practise things will begin to lighten, ego will begin to dissolve and we will be peaceful. The war will seem to get quieter. Negative emotions like anger will be easier to deal with.
THATS THE MELTING POINT.
